About Magpie Tales

I have redesigned and renamed my blog as ‘Magpie Tales’. So why the name? I have to admit that I have a bit of a tendency to hunt for and collect ‘jewels’ of knowledge or insight from books and/or the internet. Some of the best insights have come from what we’ve discussed in our small groups. I think that writing some of these things down helps me to process my thoughts and reflect on what I’ve learned. Much of what’s in the blog has a spiritual dimension, but there is also a bit of fun and reviews of books and films.. I hope that someone out there will benefit from something in the blog, and if you do feel free to comment and contribute! I also hope that if I’ve borrowed or stolen someone’s insights that they’ll forgive me and allow me to give them the credit due!
